At Mothercare, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your Mothercare account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive your unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the clothing in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the completed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
